FLEXIBLE

Initial Brainstorm
o   Elasticity
o   Push and Pull
o   Mirrored effects of Flexibility – what you do to one side perpetuates the movement of another/next
o   Change throughout sound
o   Change in weather
o   Size, form, movement, notion, expression, allowance, tolerance, exuberance

 Finalisation about ideology of FLEXIBLE:
o   Flexibility as an entity of movement or entity of manipulation, change and adaptation
o   Embodies endless possibilities such as water: gravitational force, change of shape, freeze, melt, move other objects, clean, dirty, adding to form new, chemical change, controlled or dangerous
o   The theory of water applied to architecture? Is it available to adapt and change in so many figures, ways, etc in the way that Water does. Can ARCHITECTURE be as flexible as WATER? Can ARCHITECTURE be a counterpart of FLEXIBILITY?

Does ARCHITECTURE apply the notion of FLEXIBILITY in our existing society? Or should we as designers look to objects such as WATER or ELASTIC BANDS to signify and identity wants and needs of the users? Change happens every day, every year, every second.  Does ARCHITECTURE allow for change? Does CHANGE = FLEXIBILITY?
