MOBILE

Initial Brainstorm
o   Mobility is to move. To come from one place to another usually with connotations of transport ie. Walking, Motor Vehicle, Air Plane, etc
o   To Mobilise is to make move. To act on an object and shift as an entity particularly pertaining to something else.
o   How does Architecture or an entity formulate/move into another entity?
o   Does Parliament need to exist?
o   Are we not living in a state of constant movement, change, FELXIBILITY, VIRTUALITY, DISTRIBUTION?
o   How is it clear that the definitions of VIRTUAL, FLEXIBLE, MOBILE and DISTRIBUTED are unique entities? They are all interconnected and become blurred when considering who ARCHITECTURE can be applied to the abstraction of these ideologies.

Finalisation about ideology of MOBILE:
o   No finalised view on MOBILE ARCHITECTURE as there are too many implications when considering how interconnected the 4 topical entities are.
o   However, to formulate a MOBILE ARCHITECTURAL installation, it must move – this may become a virtual, flexible or distributed movement – but nonetheless has to be able to move and adapt to the changes in which ARCHITECTURE confines.

AUSTRALIAN Benefits for MOBILE ARCHITECTURE:
o   With questions being raised as to if in the lifetime of proposed ARCHITECTURE in AUSTRALIA will parliament exist? Then MOBILTY and movement are indefinite.
o   With political views aside, how can parliament or leadership of a country be completely dismissed?
o   My belief is that there will always be leaders.
o   Take for instance the development of democracy starting with the Ancient Greeks, that idea or style of leadership has been the foundations on which most countries are politically formed.
o   To dismiss the idea of a leader or body of leaders for our country is simply naive, however the power in which these figures have may have a dramatic change compared to our world and particularly our country today.

In a country in which is forward thinking and motivated to be an active pioneer in the world,  MOBILE ARCHITECTURE has no choice but to exist.  Without change there is no growth – and so ARCHITECTURE needs to grow with society rather than constrict.
